Registration fee

The registration fee includes attendance at the pre-conference, the conference and the conference dinner. Attendance at the pre-conference only is free of charge; however, participants must pay for their own lunch between the pre-conference and the opening of the dghd conference.

Registration period

Registration is open from 2 November 2026 to 15 January 2027

Registration and allocation of spots

Participants with a valid dghd membership will be given priority in the allocation of spots, provided that registration and payment are received by 1 December 2026.
For all other registrations, the allocation of free spots will begin on 2 December 2026. Spots will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. You will receive an invoice only once you have been allocated a spot.

Free registration for moderators

People working on a self-employed basis in academic development may apply to moderate short presentations and lightning talks. Moderation covers one 75-minute programme block. Please send your application by email to learn@ustp.at.

Cancellation policy

Regardless of the reason, participants may cancel their registration in writing before the start of the event. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the event. For cancellations made after this deadline, 100% of the conference fee is payable. The date on which the cancellation is received is decisive for calculating the deadline.
